Uniforms
Uniforms are needed to create an equal environment in our classes. All hair must be tied back off student’s face for all classes. Studio uniforms are available from the studio & Second hand shoes/uniforms are available upon request. Sizes not guaranteed.
Girls
iDance Baby Leo for all classes. Ballet shoes for Tiny Tots & Prep/1 Ballet. Tan jazz shoes & tan tap shoes for Prep/1 Jazz & Tap. No shoes or socks for acrobatics. Students may wear black leggings in winter as well as black crossover or iDance Studio Jacket.
Boys
iDance Boys singlet and Black shorts for all classes. Black jazz shoes for Tiny Tots, Prep/1 Ballet & Prep/1 Jazz. Black tap shoes for Prep/1 Tap. No shoes or socks for acrobatics. Students may wear black leggings in winter as well as iDance Studio Jacket.
Frequently Asked Questions
Am I able to view my child’s dance classes?
Parents are welcome to stay in the room for their child’s first class but after this week we ask parents to view their children through the viewing window of the classroom. If a sibling is being disruptive we kindly ask you to take them out of the room so our dancers are not distracted.

Are you open public holidays?
The Studio isn’t open on public holidays. Classes will be held on most school pupil free days.

What if my child is away? Do you offer makeup classes?
To reach full potential in class, a student should attend on a consistent basis. If a student must miss a class, please notify the studio where possible. If circumstances allow we offer a free makeup lesson for your child in a similar class.

Does my child participate in the end of year concert?
Each year all students are invited to perform in our concert and it is oh so much fun! This is held at the end of Term 4. This is an exciting time for the school as it brings together the years’ work. The end of year performance is optional (but encouraged) for all students. Students must attend a minimum of 70% of their classes to participate in the end of year performance.

Do I need to sew a costume for the concert?
No! The studio will measure, order, fit, and alter your child's costume so you don't have to. It is all done for you! iDance Studios operates on a costume purchase system, so all students purchase their costumes and take them home! We spend a lot of time finding specially selected costumes for your child.

Where and when do I buy concert tickets?
Concert tickets will be available for sale approximately 3 weeks before the show through www.trybooking.com.
